Location
Tartan Ridge, will be the host of the 2009 BIA Parade of Homes. The site is located in the City of Dublin near Glacier Ridge Metro Park off of Hyland-Croy Road and will feature more than 40% of the development dedicated to parkland. It will be appointed with pathways, trails and direct access to the local schools, the Glacier Ridge park and a neighborhood shopping center. The development will encompass 270 homes ranging from estate homes to cottages and townhomes, all diversely designed with a foundation in early American architecture. Tartan Ridge is the joint venture development of The Edwards Land Company and the Romanelli & Hughes Building Company, with The Edwards Land Company serving as developer.
Tartan Ridge is served by Dublin Schools. Tartan Ridge is situated on 189 acres bordered by Hyland Croy Road on the west, McKitrick Road on the south, Brock Road on the north, and Jerome/Avery Road on the east.

Directions from I-270: Take the 33/161 exit west toward Marysville. Take the second exit east onto Post Rd. Turn left (north) onto Hyland Croy. Turn right (east) onto McKitrick. Turn left (north) onto Jerome. Tartan Ridge will be on your left. Turn left (west) onto Tartan Ridge Blvd. and follow the signs for Parade Parking.

Nearby Glacier Ridge Metro Park is a wonderful amenity for Tartan Ridge residents, offering more than 11 miles of hiking, biking, and bridle trails, as well as picnic shelters and playground equipment.
