In addition to the indoor-outdoor floorplan, Kevin Knight incorporated enviornmentally friendly elements such as a live-roof garden, geo-thermal heating system and reclaimed wood flooring. Visitors are sure to be impressed with the open feel of the home and the 18-foot retractable door connecting virtually every first floor room to the outdoor patio. The key theme for Kevin Knight’s design was to keep the interior of the home in a direct relationship with the exterior, and as you can see in this video and when you visit the home, he was more than successful.

Builder Countdown with Duffy Homes by Michael Edwards
Duffy Homes and Michael Edwards have created a beautiful home with French influences that truly make it a one-of-a-kind. With arched brick entry-ways between the kitchen and the living room, a basement theatre and decorative pieces from Provence, Paris and Southern France, you are bound to be left in awe.
