Ticket Prices
Ticket Price: $12
Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
Please note that strollers are not allowed in the houses.
Parking: $2 per vehicle
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express with proper identification.
Second Day tickets can be purchased for a return visit for $6. These tickets must be purchased on the first visit to the parade and are non-refundable. They will be valid for one admission to the parade on any remaining day that the parade is open.
Location
The Meadows at Lewis Center is located off of Lewis Center Road, west of South Old State Road in Orange Township in Southern Delaware County.
Directions
From I-270, take U.S. 23 north for approximately 6 miles to Lewis Center Road and turn right (east). Pass the Kroger Marketplace, Olentangy High School and cross the railroad tracks. Continue on Lewis Center Road and The Meadows at Lewis Center will be on your left (north).
Handicap Accessibility at the BIA Parade of Homes
The BIA Parade of Homes site provides handicap accessibility for parking, restrooms, and concessions. The individual Parade houses are private property and built for sale in the general real estate market.
Pictures of the homes are available by request at the ticket booth and will be available on the BIA Parade of Homes website www.biaparade.com.
If you would like to attend and need assistance, please contact the BIA at 614-891-0575 at least one day in advance and we will make arrangements for you to visit the Parade of Homes.
