Parking: Field parking. Please plan accordingly.
Wear comfortable shoes. The homes will have 2-3 finished levels, plus the exteriors. The tour will take you between 2 and 3 hours and includes a lot of walking.
Bring your camera. You are welcome to take pictures of the homes as you tour.
Plan for the weather. The Parade is open rain or shine, so make sure you bring rain gear or sunscreen. In instances of extreme weather/storms, the Parade may close temporarily, and guests will be asked to stay in the homes for their safety. Information will be posted on this website and the Parade social media channels.
Wagons and Strollers. Both are allowed at the Parade but are not allowed in the houses. Please leave them in the driveways while you visit each house.
Food/Beverages. Plan to visit a food vendor at the concession area for food and beverages. You may also bring snacks and beverages with you to the Parade. No outside alcohol may be brought in. Food and beverages are not permitted inside the homes.
Re-entry. You may purchase a re-entry ticket to the Parade of Homes at a discounted ticket price at the ticket booth on your way out exiting the Parade.
Pets. Except for service animals, pets are not allowed to attend the Parade. We do not offer a kennel service, and we do not recommend leaving animals in your car while you visit.

The largely popular Preview Party will kick off the BIA Parade of Homes, presented by Chase, on Thursday, July 11 from 6-10 p.m., offering attendees a first look at the Parade homes in a festive evening party atmosphere.
Proceeds from the Preview Party benefit the BIA Foundation. Overseen by Foundation Executive Director Tracy Schiefferle, the BIA Foundation supports community efforts that strengthen homeownership and the local economy, including scholarships, workforce development, and affordable housing. The $75/person tickets are now available and include pre-opening entrance to the Parade, food, adult beverages, soft drinks and parking.

Orange Township’s massive Evans Farm development is in its infancy, but the project already has resulted in more than 100 “spoken-for” houses and the right to host the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio’s 2019 Parade of Homes, set July 13-28.
Evans Farm, new urbanist community, is a 1,200-acre residential and commercial development in southern Delaware County.
The 2019 BIA Parade of Homes will take place July 13 to July 28 and feature 14 homes.
