Former Dominion Homes CEO Getting Back into Homebuilding Trade
The former CEO of builder Dominion Homes, Inc.has edged back into the single-family housing business through a venture with Truberry Group.
Doug Borror joined with Scott Shively, who has operated homebuilder Truberry Group for 26 years, to form Truberry Custom Homes LLC. Cleveland's Forest City Exiting Land Development Business
A publicly traded real estate company in Cleveland is dropping the land business that once served as its foundation to instead focus on rental properties, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Forest City Enterprises, Inc. will consider property sales and joint ventures as it looks to shed 6,512 acres of undeveloped land, 963 of which are in Ohio, the newspaper reports. The company has 35 Ohio projects, according to the newspaper. Read Full Story.
