Workforce Housing Discussed in Delaware Comp Plan Process

Delaware leaders say 2020 will see the completion of two projects that have been years in the making: the addition of a left-turn lane along most of East William Street and a revision of the city’s comprehensive plan.

The city started working on the East William project in 2016 and began construction in June to widen the street and add a new center left-turn lane from Lake Street to Foley here to read more.
