Northland Gets Two Multi-family Proposals

Two Columbus nonprofit organizations intend to build multifamily housing developments to serve residents in the Northland area.

National Church Residences wants to build 75 units for seniors 55 and older on a vacant piece of ground at 4836 Cleveland Ave., and Homeport has 56 rental units planned for two buildings at 6285 Maple Canyon Ave.

Both projects are contingent on rezoning from Columbus City Council and sizeable financial backing from the Ohio Housing Finance here to read more.
