Delaware City Subdivision Proposal Approved

Delaware City Council on Dec. 9 approved plans for an 87-unit housing development on Curve Road after learning the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency considers a nearby closed landfill to pose an extremely low risk.

Council passed ordinances approving preliminary development plan and preliminary subdivision plat requests filed by T&R Properties for the Enclave at the Ravines at Olentangy.

The project would see 87 single-family attached units rise on about 15 acres on the north side of Curve Road, west of the railroad here to read more.
