Hilliard Alton Place Mixed Use Plan Tabled

Alton Place, a proposed $275 million mixed-use development near Hilliard’s western boundaries, is in a holding pattern for the immediate future.

Hilliard City Council on Dec. 9 voted 6-0 to table indefinitely legislation approving a developer’s agreement with Dublin-Cosgray LLC and the rezoning required for the development to advance. Council President Kelly McGivern was here to read more.
