Approved for 2 BIA CPB Safety Continuing Education Credits
BIA Office, Suburban Steel Supply Training Room
Who is responsible to OSHA on your job site?
Overview
Do you work on projects where there is more than one contractor? Are you worried that you could receive OSHA citations due to another employer’s non-compliance? The seminar will help you better understand OSHA’s multi-employer citation policy and the employer responsibilities therein. Prepare your safety program and employees for the challenges of multi-employer worksites. In addition to specifics for multi-employer citations, the seminar will focus on OSHA releasing its top 10 most frequently cited standards for construction and then we will look at the top 10 from a number of different perspectives.
An attorney will be available to answer your legal questions about multi-employer worksites.
